A: This may happen for different reasons. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Upgrade the firmware of your wearable device to the latest version.
2. Try to move your wearable device near your laptop.
3. If you are using your wearable device to unlock the laptop for the first time, you may need to enable certain settings in the app for your device. Take Mi Band 3 for example:
You need to find the tab "Me" in the Mi Fit app and tap your band, as shown in the picture below:
4. Please try to restart your wearable device and your laptop.
5. Mi Band3 device can connect two devices only. If you have already connected two devices, please disconnect one of them.
A: Due to system limitations, you can pair it with only one account on the current computer.
A: If you are using Mi Band or Mi Smart Band, please:
· unpair the band
· upgrade the band firmware from the Mi Fit app
· pair your band again in the Mi Blaze Unlock app
A: This may happen for different reasons. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. You did not confirm the pairing on the wearable device during the pairing. Please try to pair again.
2. Windows Bluetooth pairing failed. Please restart your laptop and try to pair again. Please restart your wearable device too, if you are able to.
3. You were unable to connect your band, or communication failed. Please restart your laptop and try pairing again. Please restart your wearable device too, if you are able to.
A: Windows may have lost or deleted the pairing relationship between you and your wearable device. Please reopen the Mi Blaze Unlock app, unpair the current device, and then pair it again.
A: Your band may be too far away from your laptop. Please make sure the band is near to the laptop when pairing.
A: For security reasons, after you update the BIOS, you will need to delete the old PIN in Windows Settings - Sign-in options and add your PIN again.
A: This prompt will display if you turn off "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart" in Accounts - Sign-in options.
